Lovely podcast
(Anonymous) 2015-01-15 02:32 am (UTC)(link)I look forward to finding the ITPE gift exchange list.
I did have a question about podbooks. What programs do you use to read them? I have an ipad and a Linux desktop, and I haven't found one that makes them easy to listen to.
Nice podcast. Keep it up!

Re: Lovely podcast
As for your question re: podbooks, I find mostly apple products play them well. There are probably some other ones too, but your ipad should be able to play them. There's also a number of media players for linux that'll play them too, like VLC. The main benefit to podbooks though is the chapter function (which I've found doesn't always come across as nicely on a computer vs. an ipod) and the fact that it'll be automatically sorted into the audiobook section in itunes/on iproducts, which bring benefits like not being shuffled in with music and holding your place for you if you stop in the middle.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-15 08:27 am (UTC)(link)It won't download into the music player. It won't add itself to iBooks or podcasts. Sometimes this is because it is a zip file, but even when it is not, I've has it fail.
I would specifically like to know if anyone has an app at lets one download from the audiofic archive.
Thanks.
