Wow, no editing. You're really brave to record anyway and with so little stumbling.

But you don't need to rerecord your existing podfics. In Audicity you can import audiofiles via 'project' in the menu & then 'Import Audio'. Select the mp3-file you want to work on and audicity converts it accordingly.
