Oooh, thanks for your rec! I loved making that cover, it was both incredibly easy to do so and it looks distinctive.
I don't usually make covers because I'm no photoshop whiz and also, most of the time I just don't have an idea for a good one - or rather, I know exactly what I want, but I'd have to draw it myself and that wouldn't work, since: no skills.
But this one just jumped out at me - I mean, a Mountain Dew dare, how much more memorable can a dare get. :D Poor Derek. I loved putting the whole story in one simple cover - the actors are beautiful and very photogenic, and as much as they look great on covers I do love, there are so many covers that struggle to evoke a connection with just that one story. It's incredibly difficult to do, so the Mountain Dew thing really was very easy. I feel like I've cheated - that easy! ;)
Anyway - the cover was a lot of fun to make and I'm glad you like it!
