I think this is something that I've come to appreciate more and more as podfic fandom gets older, the risks people take and the effort they go to in making the listening experience even more interesting or exciting.

Every time I hear the strings version of Alejandro (I bought the song after listening to the podfic), I think of that story and all the emotions it created in me at the time. Music can be really powerful for me.
