...and already Amplificathon is off to an incredible start! You've been keeping the mods and archivists on their toes with the volume of posting, and we're all thrilled at the sheer number of podfics we're seeing!

And because we want to see MOAR PODFIC -- we're all gluttons for punishment (or I am, anyway :D)! -- we want to draw your attention to the author blanket podfic permission posts on LJ and DW! There was an uptick in authors adding themselves in the week or so before the 'thon began, so if you're looking for something to record why don't you head on over there and check things out!

Our final message today is that if anyone is having trouble posting their podfics to the LJ comm due to the DDoS attacks we want to suggest that you can post to the mirror DW comm! All of your points are tracked just the same there as they are on LJ, and there is some DW-only content over there too that you might be interested in checking out! If you would like to take advantage of posting to the DW comm but don't have an account, account creation codes are available at dw_codesharing (and surely there are members who'd love to drop some codes here in the comments for you to use)!
